I would definitely recommend Jayine Chung! She was my fixer for four shoots in Korea this year and she did a fantastic job of putting everything together, often with very little notice given to her, including several last-minute schedule and location changes. Her attitude was always helpful and she went above and beyond the job description to ensure that the production was a success. She is a clear communicator and extremely responsive over e-mail. I have worked with Jayine when I have to film a customer reference video in Seoul. Jayine has been a great help to my project, not just onsite during the video shoot, but also pre-production and post production. Being effectively bilingual in Korean and English, she has helped to translate the interview questions prior to the shoot and also worked on the audio transcript’s translation. And during onsite, she helped to conduct all interviews in Korean and also helped to interpret/ communicate with the Korean customers for us.
